What is an Affiliate Program?
An Affiliate Program is a partnership with a merchant (in this case www.chilipoker.com), who pays you a percentage of the revenues generated by the players you would have introduced to them or a flat fee for every new and active player. The latter is referred to as Cost per Acquisition (CPA). By joining an affiliate program you will capitalize on your website traffic!

What is an Affiliate?
As an affiliate you are responsible for promoting the www.chilipoker.com brand and its products/services under a payment-on results agreement.

Will I have remote access to the Affiliate Program?
Absolutely yes! Our affiliate program and its applications including statistics can be accessed as long as you have internet connection.

How can I register?
Easy! Just fill out the details requested in the ChiliPoker Affiliate Program registration. Once you sign up you will receive an email from us with your username and password and upon logging in you will have access to a variety of affiliate marketing tools and statistics.

Does this program cost me anything?
Not one dime out of your pocket! Our Affiliate Program is absolutely free!

Can I promote ChiliPoker on more than one site?
Absolutely! Our system allows you to create several different campaigns under the same affiliate account. All your affiliate commissions are added up and debited in one single payment.

Can I play on ChiliPoker if I am affiliated to your site?
Absolutely Yes! However you are not allowed to register yourself as your own affiliate.

Is affiliation with www.chilipoker.com legal in my country?
Chilipoker is a global company with clients all over the world, with different laws and regulations within each country. It is therefore entirely your responsibility to check and keep abreast with the laws and legality of your country. You can always direct any questions to your local Government or Institution.

Do you accept players from all countries?
Cash player registrations from the following countries are not accepted by ChiliPoker: Netherlands Antilles, Antigua and Barbuda, Cyprus, Israel, Philippines, Estonia and USA's 51 States. The aforementioned countries are banned by default in the client.

How much do I earn with your program?
There is no limit to the money you can make! The more players you send the spicier your commission at the end of the month!

How is my commission calculated?
Your commission is calculated every calendar month based on the net revenue generated by each new customer you refer to ChiliPoker.

The REVENUE SHARING compensation model for poker is as follows:

Monthly Net Revenue		Commission
0	$ 16, 000	30%
$16,001	$ 30,000	35%
$ 30,001	and above +	40%

For Example, if the monthly Net Revenue or Net Rake generated by Your players is $13,000, Your Commission will be calculated as follows:

$10,500 x 0.30 = $ 3,150

The CPA compensation model for POKER is as follows:

Active customers	CPA
1 - 15 active customers (200 FPP)	$ 75
16 - 30 active customers	$ 100
31 – 45 active customers	$ 120
46 – and above	$ 150

An active customer is defined as one that earns 200FPP. The CPA is released once the required Frequent Player Points are accumulated.
1 Frequent Player Point is approximately $0.06.

How is the Net Rake Calculated
Net rake is calculated as the total of your players? contribution when playing on the Chilipoker tables, less any bonuses, promotional amounts, charge backs and licensing fees.

When do I get paid?
Commissions will be transferred by the 15th day of the following month.
For example: You will receive your January commission by the 15th of February.

Is there a minimum amount to cash out my affiliate payment?
This depends on the method of payment you chose when you sign up.
You must reach a minimum of $200 in commission for bank transfers, $50 for Moneybooker and neteller transfers. In these cases the balance will be carried forward until the minimum requirement is accumulated.
If you chose to transfer your affiliate commission to your ChiliPoker player account, no minimum is required.

How do I cash out my affiliate earnings?
You can withdraw your affiliate earnings through your preferred choice of payment method, via Neteller, Moneybookers, and bank transfer or to your ChiliPoker Player Account.

Do you carry over negative commissions?
No we don't! All negative commissions are zeroed out at the beginning of every month.

How does the tracking work?
Your affiliate id is embedded in the html code used in the creatives found in the affiliate panel.

How can I sign-up players when I promote Chilipoker using the offline channel?
You can use bonus codes. Just contact affiliate support and we will take care of setting a bonus code for you.

Where can I follow the progress of my income?
You can check your commissions online. Log-in with your username and password and check your statistics which are updated daily.

Can I promote www.chilipoker.com on a rakeback site?
No, Chilipoker and all other poker rooms on the ipoker network use another system called cash back. For more details regarding cashback please contact affiliates@chilipoker.com.

Can I sign-up with your affiliate program if I do not have a website?
Yes absolutely! You can chose to promote www.chilipoker.com both online and offline.
Online by means of a website and/or E-mail marketing; Offline by word of mouth and/or print.

Can I use any method available to recruit players?
Yes, you are completely free to choose your marketing campaign. However, it is prohibited to use abusive practices such as Spam, Adware or Spyware and all other non solicited communication to potential players.

What software does ChiliPoker use?
Poker is on the ipoker Network whilst Casino is powered by NetEntertainment.

Do you have an XML/RSS feed for Poker tournaments/sit & go ?
Yes we do have xml/rss feeds. Just send an email request to affiliates@chilipoker.com and our dedicated team of affiliate managers will be more than glad to provide you with the required link : http://www.chilipoker.com/feeds/poker/tournaments.xml.

I would like to promote Chilipoker.com via a newsletter to my player database. Can I use the provided creatives in the affiliate panel?
Yes you can as long as your mailing system supports html.

Do you provide webmasters with direct download links?
No. This is because there is no deposit function in the lobby. Referrals must be directed to the website to make a deposit therefore we suggest that you direct your referrals to the Register Page.

I would like to transfer funds to another player's account. Is this possible?
Yes. You must have a Chilipoker.com player account on VIP level 3 to be able to transfer funds to another player (P2P). If this is not your case please send a request to affiliates@chilipoker.com .
